Served in the velvet-clad surrounds of Hippo, each tier brings together a rotating selection of handcrafted p\u00e2tisserie, delicate savouries and seasonal bites inspired by local produce and French technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begin with a glass of bubbles on arrival before settling into three tiers layered with sweet and savoury temptation. Expect rich pastries, buttery baked treats and beautifully plated savoury snacks, all paired with sweeping waterfront views and bottomless teapots. Why stop there? Add on a cocktail, mocktail or the crisp, cold clarity of Perrier-Jou\u00ebt.
