Settle into Hippo\u2019s velvet-clad surrounds and make your way through our signature three-tier spread, featuring a rotating selection of handcrafted p\u00e2tisserie, delicate savouries and seasonal bites inspired by local produce and French technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new cast of favourites joins us as guest stars this weekend, from bright, delicate tamarillo macarons and silky salted caramel royals to soft smoked salmon finger sandwiches and crisp confit tomato bruschetta.
