Martini Hour at the Bar

Thursdays belong to the martini. From 5pm the bar fills with the after-work crowd, the lights go low and our bartenders shake, stir and pour the classics — Gibson, Vesper, a properly dirty gin — alongside Sydney rock oysters shucked to order. Stools at the bar are walk-in; for a table with friends, book ahead and we’ll have the olives waiting.
