Mother’s Day calls for something shared around a table. This year, Hippo High Tea brings long‑lunch energy to high tea with three indulgent tiers, bubbles on arrival and all‑you‑can‑drink tea. 🥂 If that’s not enough to make mums day, every booking goes in the draw to win the ultimate girls’ weekend at QT and two tickets to World Of WeareableArt. $75 per person. Hippo’s turning New Year’s Eve up a notch, and we’ve got plenty to celebrate 🥂 We’re toasting to new beginnings, old friends, and the magic of being back together with a three-course menu by Chef Antoine, live music, and Champagne on arrival. Think risotto, confit pork belly, and hazelnut profiteroles dripping in dark chocolate. $119 per person, 1.5-hour sittings from 5:30pm – 9:30pm, and drinks ‘til late. That’s right, it’s high tea season—Hippo style. In partnership with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Chef Antoine Collet has dreamt up a Nutcracker-inspired High Tea where Christmas meets choreography — with a Kiwiana twist. Join us Saturdays and Sundays until 20 December for a festive fairytale served tier by tier.
